We've changed Ziggi's press page not from an aestetic point of view but to avoid any issue with copyright licensing.
It's a bit of a pity as we did like publicising all the publications that had featured us but as there are so many grey areas with regard to magazine copyright, we have changed the page to a simple press office page dedicated to providing product or lifestyle images to anyone wanting them.

Ornate Garden Taps

We've just added a couple of Ornate garden taps to the website.
Although the site is very much about bathrooms and kitchens particularly spares and healthcare related products, we do have a nice range of kitchen taps and sinks and felt that garden taps had a loose fit within that area.
The taps we are offering are the classic yellow brass taps typically seen in country house gardens or glossy home interest mags.

Disinfectant Hand Washes

Our disinfectant hand washes category is just about ready to go.
The page and products information is set up but not yet linked to the main website.
I'm both daunted and excited. If we get this right, it will take us a long way toward becoming a serious supplier of 'total solutions from the tap to the waste of hand washing and hygiene solutions'.
No doubt there'll be lots of unforeseen issues along the way - I already think that a key issue will be offering the right dispenser to go with the chosen wash (soaps, gels, foams, sprays).
Watch this space!

Another Record Day

Where did this one come from?
We had 58 orders on 16th March which is a new record number of daily orders. Wow!

Short Reach Medical Taps

What do you do if you need hygienic CQC compliant hand washing but have a sink that's too small for normal taps?
Simple! Our new Hart Medical short reach taps only project forward 100mm rather than the normal 175-200mm so are the perfect solution for small sinks or limited spaces where a normal tap would end up reaching over the edge and spraying water outside the sink.
At £355 each including VAT, they are surprisingly good value considering the outstanding quality, engineering and attention to detail.

The Records Keep Falling

February was a massive month - our best by a long way.
And to start March we had a record days orders on 2nd March - 51 orders which smashed through the previous record of 45 orders in a day.
We felt this was coming as visitor numbers have risen 30% and daily orders and enquiries have been noticibly busier.

Am I coming or Going?

I'm not sure if I'm coming or going. There's so much happening (all good stuff) but where to start?
On the sales front we have been hitting records of some sort or another each week... Record numbers of visitors in January, record sales for January, record daily sales value hit on 6th Feb followed by a new record on 10th Feb.
On the product front we're adding new heathcare dedicated toilet seats from Bemis (these should all be online next week), expanding the range of thermostatic bath taps and on the cartridge front have added 2 new Upper O-Ring ceramic disk cartridges  (pictured) available in  35 and 40mm sizes.
Now I'm looking forward to the weekend!
