We can help over the phone but if you want to e-mail us a photo showing the tap and a close up of the valve you want to replace, we will be happy to look at it and work out which valve will be the right replacement for you
It's just a part of us giving proper old fashioned customer service (and we think it works as we get a lot of customers writing to tell us how nice we are)
